The Canadian Federation of Humane Societies is honoured to award certificates of appreciation to nominated CFHS member society volunteers across Canada.
Award recipients are being recognized for their contribution and dedication to the well-being of animals in their community. Some of the work completed includes photography, scheduling appointments, newsletter editing, event planning, driving animals to appointments, dog walking and spending one-on-one time with the animals.
Not only have these volunteers made a difference in the lives of the animals, their support has allowed the humane society, SPCA or animal rescue to concentrate their efforts in other important areas.
