Canadian Pet Lovers Encouraged to Find a Friend For Life

For an animal lover there is no greater joy than opening your heart and home to a pet in need. Thanks to the support of pet passionate people like you and the dedication of animal shelters across the country, orphaned animals are being given another chance at finding a forever home.

This May, the CFHS is partnering with Iams in Iams Friends For Life month to raise awareness about pet adoption and responsible pet parenting. If you are thinking of becoming a first time pet owner, or are looking to add to your pet family, visit your local animal shelter and discover which animal is right for you.
