The CFHS is disappointed to report to all animal welfare supporters that due to a number of reasons – primarily the impact of the current economic conditions – the CFHS has decided to cancel the 2009 National Animal Welfare Conference scheduled to be held in Ottawa in May.

At this point, we urge you to immediately cancel any travel and accommodation arrangements you may have made in relation to your attendance at the conference.
