We hope you enjoy shopping with the CFHS. Our goal is to make shopping simple and convenient. Ordering from our store is safe and secure.

How to shop online

  • Browse the products using the menus on the left hand side.
  • Once you have selected a product that you would like to purchase, click on “Add to Cart”.
  • When you have selected all the products that you would like, click “Checkout”
  • Please review your cart carefully and make sure to click on the “update” button if you make any changes
  • You will be prompted for your name, address and payment information – we accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex – then click “Continue Checkout”
  • Review your order details, delivery and credit card billing information, then click “Submit” and your order is complete
  • Check your mailbox for an email confirming your purchase. If there is an error, please contact our office immediately

Delivery Details

  • We ship most orders within 7 days
  • Your order is shipped by Canada Post via ground transportation
  • In some circumstances, delivery will be shipped by another delivery service provider such as Purolator as required
  • The number of days required to ship your order is estimated, but not guaranteed
  • Orders to small centres or remote locations may require extra shipping time
  • Some items may require your signature – if you are not available for a signature, the courier will leave you a notification card to indicate how to obtain your order
  • If you have any questions regarding the delivery of items, please contact Customer Service.

Pricing Policy

  • All prices quoted are payable in Canadian Dollars and do not include shipping charges or taxes
  • We reserve the right to change prices and availability at any time and without notice

Return Policy

  • You will receive your official sales receipt with your order – keep this receipt handy
  • You may return new, unused products for a refund within 90 days. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging and be accompanied by the official sales receipt
  • If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it for you
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

  • Please contact Customer Service to check the status of your order. If your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it (see Return Policy).
